Ellevate Foundation is an educational non-profit launched for the purpose of elevating women by providing tools and resources to grow personally and professionally.
While we started this venture with a focus on our founders' own industry, healthcare insurance and benefits, our footprint has blossomed to include women from other professions as well. And, we are delighted to continue growing and expanding our impact!

The proceeds from our Foundation are applied toward supporting female professionals to advance their professional development and earn grants to attend industry events such as our annual Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS) each spring.
By nurturing, elevating, and uplifting female leaders, Ellevate Foundation contributes to the critical need for more upward mobility for professional women through personal and professional development and strategic networking.
We welcome and encourage like-minded innovators both within and outside the insurance industry to partner with us.
